Over 20 years ago, Pro-Blend Chemical Company, located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, began pioneering and developing a technology that today is referred to as the science of metal preferential characteristics. The results of this development program culminated in products that were hailed by various industries as "break-thru" products and were so advanced that even today are universally recognized as "the standard" by which all others are compared.

Today Pro-Blend has developed over 165 high tech products manufactured for the automotive, marine, performance, off road, and racing industry by the Pro-Blend Motorsports Division. Some of these include 40 Below/ Stops Overheating/ The Cool Series/ Fast Forward/ Hot Lap and Engine Racing Concentrate.

Being the manufacturer of these specialty lubricants, coolants, fuel additives, tire treatments, assembly lubes and machining/grinding aids has allowed Pro-Blend to also serve as a Research and Development facility for NASCAR Nextel Series and Busch Series race teams, the automotive aftermarket and specialty machine shop operations.
